It's still strange to me that Wal-Mart's Hercules and Target's WoWS are included in this new line-up only available at Best Buy. Are they reprints or original unsold inventory?

I am slowly breaking away from Best Buy...they had a nice steelbook selection before, now they have a total of two steelbooks at my local store. I even doubt they will get these releases in store. And why they aren't even online for ordering or viewing makes NO sense. It's no wonder they are hemorrhaging money.

These are the only four titles, from the upcoming Paramount run, that my location has received thus far. Each retains the DVD and Digital Copy (Specified by the banner and/or J-card), as their original pressing did. Also, "NOAH" is now a gloss finish, and "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles [2014]" is no longer embossed.

I never saw TMNT but I was hoping this was going to be the cheap way for me to own it in steel form. However, the lack of embossing is a deal breaker for me. Will have to pick up the first print one from ebay at some point.

So, if the Saving Private Ryan steelbook is not even listed on the website at this point, does that likely mean it was bad information that they would be selling it again?

My store is horrible, so unless there's a reasonable chance they actually will have it, I'd rather not go there and if there's no sku number to give them on the phone, asking will turn out to be a complete waste of time.

My location received several copies of "Star Trek [2009]" & "Saving Private Ryan" from the last run, Along with several of the new Paramount redistributed titles. We didn't get "Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the lost Ark' or "Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan" though

Yes, I work at Best Buy. We get UPS shipments Mondays-Fridays (Saturdays on occasion). When I'm anticipating a title, or feel the need to find info out for a forum thread, I check as often as possible leading up to a release day.

In total, as of today, we have received:

Hercules [2014]
Noah
Saving Private Ryan
Star Trek [2009]
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles [2014]
Transformers: Age of Extinction

And my store still has 4 copies of "Unbroken".

I don't know if you remember the last Transformers AOE steel (The original release) but is there any difference? Gloss vs Matte or somesuch? I would like to know if I should rebuy it as I'm collecting different copies of the movie.

You can't find another version on blu-ray without that title now though. They're all like that it seems.

I have the original pressing, and this one seems to be identical. A very scratch-sensitive gloss finish, no embossing or de-bossing.
