£10 was bad enough for free postage but £20 is a joke

Well considering Base.com got a my Apollo 13 pre-order to me on Friday, before its Monday release, I guess I'll pre-order from there from now on. Free delivery from both their site and Rakuten store
With Amazon preorders, for me the best case scenario is usually on Wednesday the week of release. |

My pre-order of The Blob arrived today but that was on Prime. It's a shame Amazon have added the instant video to Prime as it means the price is now even less attractive than before and you can't go for the next day delivery on its own |

I use free prime for a month, runs out. set up a new email, rejoin Amazon, sign up to prime, cancel a second later , Keep spending. Everyone is happy. Been doing that for about a year on and off.

Yeah, I know it's a Bank Holiday week but I'm still waiting for Birdman to turn up on Super Saver Delivery. It's bad service for the sake of trying to get me to pay an extra £80 a year and I'm not having it.
Someone needs to give Amazon a kick up the backside. They can't be touched overall but there is a window for a better service dedicated to Blu-ray/DVD. We had plenty of them not so long ago. Ironically, Zavvi could be that company. They've got everything in place apart from the satisfactory customer service. |

Amazon.com have just increased shipping costs for UK buyers.
Suggest we discuss in the thread I have started in the retailer subform https://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread.php?t=261689 |

Quite often I will see US titles already available from other retailers early not listed from sellers on Amazon because its prior to release date |
