I agree, Who Am I might be one of my favorite Jackie Chan flicks.

The slide down the building stunt is amazing.

I will buy both Rumble and First Strike day one in hopes that they are watching how these sell before mastering and releasing Mr Nice Guy and Who Am I.

My bad looks like "Who Am I" and "Gorgeous" are both Sony Pictures so not Warner. Bummer as Who Am I is a big favorite of mine.

I guess/hope Warner might announce Mr. Nice Guy also as the release dates of the others approach.

The first time I saw Who Am I?, I thought that climactic rooftop fight was never going to end. It just kept going and going, and was so awesomely-epic.

Still one of my all-time favorite movie fights.

Does Warners even have the rights to the Cantonese tracks?

That answers that question. Perhaps as Americans we are too stupid/ignorant to enjoy foreign language films. At least according to WHV.

I know it's unlikely, but if Warners are making one "world" disc, it may have the Cantonese audio as a hidden track depending on the language your player is set to.

Still, if the original language was on there, I'm not sure why they wouldn't advertise it. So I don't have my hopes up.

The only caveat is that it would be the shorter western version of the films and not the original Hong Kong releases. So despite having the original audio, it's still an abridged presentation.

Of course. But original language is always better than dubbing, whether it's cut or not.

It just sucks that they're still going the truncated route despite having just released uncut/subtitled films on Warner Archives such as Pedicab Driver.

Anyone got a contact at Warner? We need to beg them to release it uncut. It's one of the Golden Harvest movies Warner owns so there's no excuse not to release it uncut and undubbed.

They also released the Japanese DVD of First Strike which apparently contained the full Asian cut:

I would try and track those down, but both are non-anamorphic. Boo.

Who wrote the text on the back of First Strike? It is terrible! "If it moves, clobber it!"??? Seriously? Who writes this garbage?? The rest of the text isn't much better. After all, a ladder will do.
