Does anyone happen to have a scan of Part 3's cover art they'd be willing to send my way? I bought this years ago from ebay and it came with some stickers on the case. While using goo gone to clean it off I failed to remove the cover art and a good amount of the goo gone got onto the artwork and it significantly warped/damaged the cover. I've continued to use it as I haven't been able to find a replacement I can print. I'm happy to post pics of my damaged cover if needed to prove I'm not just looking to bootleg. Seeing this thread bumped right now by the morality patrol reminded me that I still needed a replacement cover.

Can someone confirm that the version of part 3 included in Scream Factory's "Complete Sequence" box set is indeed uncut as shown here https://www.movie-censorship.com/report.php?ID=566296 ? I am having a surprisingly difficult time finding any information about the fact that multiple cuts have been released…I haven't seen it mentioned in any reviews or anything, except for that movie-censorship page. I know that Scream Factory's description says it's an "unrated director's cut," but they released the stand-alone version also, and that language is somewhat ambiguous, e.g. I believe the censored version is unrated also.

The version of Part 3 in Scream Factory's box is cut. All U.S. versions are cut as far as I know.

You're right. In case anyone else cares, I watched the box set's version of Part 3, and it is indeed the cut version. Very disappointing, especially given that it's advertised as an "unrated director's cut." I'm guessing that Tom Six has not decided that the edited version is his preferred vision for the film.

I finally found my copy (don't ask) and scanned it, in case you still need it. I left a little extra around the edges that you can cut away, but I didn't want to miss any of it:

Also, the whole cover and inside:

Hope that it helps.

Thank you so much! This will help tremendously as my current artwork is wrinkled, creased and otherwise damaged in a number of ways as I posted previously. It'll be great to have the fixed artwork back again. Thanks again!

How are these films? Should a first-time viewer watch the steelbook "movie centipede" version or all of the films individually? How is the PQ on the steelbook vs other versions?

First film is very good, with a great lead performance. Not that graphic outside of the entire concept, which is graphic enough. Highly recommended.

Part 2 amps up everything to a big degree, the centipede is a much longer version here, etc. It goes for more shock value, but I still really thought it worked. The B/W photography helps once again. Grimy and slimy, but a good time if you like this sort of depraved cinema.

Part 3 was grueling to sit through just because it's so annoying and self-aware and non-stop in your face. It's like a bad DTV film from a completely different franchise, as it has no sense of the first two films. I don't care that I guess I was watching the "censored" US cut, NO EXTRA FOOTAGE that was trimmed could save this one. A complete strike-out.

I really do like the first two films, though, so if the SF box-set is the way to go, having Part 3 in there isn't going to kill you.

Watched the 2nd one tonight.

Wow. Just wow.

The 1st one was a twisted concept, but wasn't hugely graphic. This one amped up the grossness to 11. I spent the whole movie with my mouth open wondering just how much farther they could possibly take things.

I need a shower.

That release takes all three films and has edited them together into 1 long film. You'd see all the films yes, but not as they were originally released. Personally I'd consider that more of a curio and/or special feature than the preferred way to watch the films.

Does anyone know if the Australian box set with all 3 films has all three both uncut and in 1080p (not 1080i)? Trying to determine if it is currently worth trying to get that plus the Tom Six version steelbook with the films connected plus the color version of part 2.
