Sounds like an ALID error (assuming you redeemed in Flixster), happens to me often when I import titles from UK and elsewhere, a simple chat with CS, and explain that your content is transferring to other UV services and that "Vudu Support" told you it was an ALID error.
They re-add the title and it usually fixes it.

I only asked Vudu the first time, and simply quoted them everytime the issue has popped up since then.

But if you happen to get it fixed on Flixster and the get a new UV code from PiF, I wouldn't mind nabbing it since it on my 5 to get list!
