That artwork looks awesome. I really hope we get the same interior artwork here in the U.S.

Not a troll, I just think (especially when it comes to timeline continuity with the four films) that he really doesn't care too much about those things.

So when he's asked on different occasions where MMFR falls in the timeline of the previous films, he just says whatever he thinks at that moment. It may change from time to time.

And I did read an interview where he did state that since he was forced to shoot the film in 2D (and not native 3D), that he thought the 2D experience would be the better one. This was before the film released and he possibly changed his mind after he saw how good (in his estimation) the 3D post-conversion was.

There's no doubt he loves 3D, he wanted to shoot MMFR in native 3D.

While I can take it or leave it, I will say that the 3D in MMFR was some of the brightest 3D I've seen which is a big plus compared to some I've seen.

Perhaps he changed his mind after he saw the 3D conversion or maybe it's all about getting more money from the higher ticket prices. Only George knows for certain.

And no, I'm not wading through thousands of pages of content to try and find the first interview again just to prove it. Life's too short...
OK cool, until i see proof then, he never said it.

Does anyone know about when they will open up the preorder for in store pick up option? Is it usually a couple of days or weeks before release?

I think it depends on when the store decides on the quantity they are going to order for the store? Unless it is already decided upon by the higher ups? I'm not really sure how retail store ordering for new releases works.

All i know is previously it has varied between a few weeks and like the week before release.

This steel just looks too cool, I may have to double dip because this is one of the few titles I did want a 3D copy.

Question about the pre-order though, $30 is really steep for a best buy steel. I went ahead and pre-ordered, but if the price drops by release date will they lower my pre-order price as well?

Best Buy is weird about it. For Guardians of the Galaxy, for example, they never did. I pre-ordered this just to be safe because I know it'll be impossible to find within Best Buy's lovely system.

Guess I might cancel my amazon preorder and try to find a copy of the steelbook when I get off work that day and just grab the regular 2D version if they're sold out already which I imagine they will be

I was thinking the same thing since Guardians was such a pain to get on release day. I just played it safe and preordered it with both of the Ultron cases.

Okay, well we have several people posting sources that contradict what you're claiming, so...I'm going to believe them instead of you.
