Are people getting errors after selecting the movie? I've been trying to claim the Robin Hood movie but it jumps to a black screen with server error.

On another forum people have been saying they have been running into issues with redeeming. This was on Tues-Thur not sure about it now.
Has anyone been able to do a dual redemption with Jurassic World gift movie ?

I believe they are tracking e-mail, it might work if you use another e-mail though.
The double redemption for JW bonus movie doesn't work either, at least for me anyways.

I've yet to see someone mention that it does, sorry I couldn't give more info. It might not hurt to try since its a code that is given.

No. The bonus movies are UV only, the redemption process doesn't allow for iTunes unfortunately.

Got the free Cinderella Man for purchasing Jurassic World, never seen it before but definitely a pleasant surprise. 9 more films (well, going to try) going onto my memory card, might have to get another.

So i bought ff7 and the code is not working...can anyone confirm that the code that is used is the same as the normal uv code? Thanks

It is the same, might be time to contact Universal and ask them what the problem is.

Have you redeemed other movies using this Universal free movie giveaway ?
There's a 5 max limit per e-mail account for all the Universal giveaway movies.

I hope they work with you and it gets taken care of. Remember there's a glitch that allows you do get a double redemption from that code by using Flixster. The way to do it is in the first post.

I got a copy of FF7 from walmart with the black friday promo sticker on it. It has no insert talking about this bonus movie, nor does the code work on universal's site. It just keeps telling me to correct that field. Tried in a couple browsers, too.
