Why would Best Buy sell the first wave as a steelbook and the new one as a metalpak

The better question is can we trust Best Buy with them saying Steelbook on titles now. Maze runner 2 & fantastic four could be metal paks. Even antman could be a metal pak!!

Wow....that is a bummer that there are metalpaks. So the rest of the world did in fact get SB's but the US and I'm guessing Canada got metalpaks.

Very odd that they would go out of their way to make metalpaks of these, when there are steels coming out in other countries supposedly as well.

I like metalpaks too, so not really a big deal for me though. Maybe we'll have a choice between steels or metalpaks come tomorrow...

Well, BB screwed the pooch here. I don't mind metalpacks but prefer steelbooks so since there are steelbooks available in the UK and Germany I will be importing those.

What a disappointment, I wanted the Equalizer but looks like I'll be saving some money.

I know it will cost a little more but you can import the German version. It is a steelbook, I think anyways. I haven't seen anyone confirm or deny

They have them over here in the Media Markt store, but the designs are really mediocre. The only ones I kinda liked were Dracula and Evil Dead, but I already own the first one as a collector's edition and the remake of Evil Dead is crap.

Anyone pick any of these up today? Plan on getting Zombieland in the next couple of days when I get a chance, and was wondering if they did new disc art like the previous wave...

I purchaed lawrence of arabia. It has 2 discs, both with disc art. I dont know if it is new disc art or not. The case does not have inside art, just painted.

I went to the Best Buy here on Sunday night and they still had all of the Halloween displays out (but with all of the prices raised on the Halloween movies). No sign of these or anything different from last week besides some price changes. Odd.

The disc art would match the art on the metalpak. The previous wave did this on those steels...
