Oh I definitely will. Which ones are you looking at?
Thats a good plan. Have you had any luck selling any of your PFs yet?

He is the worst! And there are so many other bad characters/things that happen in this movie. I'm starting to wonder when I'm going to throw in the towel on SW movies. Eventually I'll just get so cranky about the new ones I'm just going to ignore them and everything that comes afterward. And people will try to convince me to go see the new one but I'm just going to be like one of those cranky OT-only fans and I'm going to call everything else crap that isn't "My" Star Wars. If IX ends up as bad as VIII its probably going to happen pretty soon for me.

There are a few I'd love. From Alex Ross I'd obviously want the Original Seven, but I know that will never happen due to price, but even if I had that much money I wouldn't spend that much. I could definitely settle for Mind If I Cut In, but if I could find a deal on Tango With Evil I'd love that one more. I think that one goes for kind of a lot though. But if I go with a high end piece I'll probably go with either Jim Lee's Heroes or Kissing the Knight.

Nope. Someone was asking me a bunch of questions about two of them, but stopped responding. Right before Christmas probably isn't the best time to sell stuff. I'm sure people will have more money after the holidays. I'll probably have to put them on evilbay. I sold all my HT TFA figures quickly though.

I don't even know if I'm going to give IX a chance at this point! I know I'm a grumpy old guy because I was complaining about the weather man yesterday, ha ha. Those guys are never right and it makes me mad!

The Original Seven is obviously the dream. I wish I had purchased it when it was originally being sold at the WB store. Damnit! I definitely vote Heroes out of the Jim Lee ones. That's a sweet picture.

Yeah, probably not a lot of people with money for statues right before Christmas. I hope that changes for you after Xmas is over. I'm suprised you managed to unload your TFA characters so quickly. Good riddance!

Weathermen are completely useless!

I wish I would have known of its existance when it was available. Now its just never going to happen. I'm leaning most towards either Heroes or Kissing the Knight. The only issue with Heroes is I would need more wall space to display it, I could probably do it though.

Yeah, I'm not going to miss them and it takes a lot off my plate 1/6 wise. I can catch up on all the OT characters now and not worry about the new movies. Although I would still buy more Rogue One characters if they ever get made.

Damn weathermen predicted it would snow for 2 hours in the afternoon yesterday. It snowed from 9 a.m. until 11 p.m. Not. Even. Close. They are predicting 1-3 inches tomorrow so I'm guessing that really means 9-12 inches. I was planning on going to Missoula for Christmas, I may be stuck here alone. Oh well, doesn't really seem like Christmas this year anyhow. I didn't even bother decorating or putting a tree up.

Well my vote is Heroes. I think a few high end statues like you have with some classy art would make a great display! I know no statue is ever going to capture Alex Ross' art completely so I'm just going to get some art pieces. There are a few Superman ones on my list.

That will be easier so you don't have to juggle as many 1:6 figures along with statues. Although part of me already thinks you must be secretly rich to afford all of this stuff .

That sucks you don't feel as Merry this year. But I've felt that way in the past some years so I get it. I hope the weather isn't that bad so you can manage to get out to Missoula.

Heroes is the one I'm leaning the most towards, its always been one of my favs. But there is something about that Batman and Catwoman one that I just love. I may have to get both. I was thinking about rereading Hush this weekend but now I'm thinking I shouldn't because that might get expensive if I do. Which Superman ones do you want?

Oh gosh, I wish I were rich. I basically just don't put money in my savings account anymore. You realize you could have bought 20 Hot Toys figures for the price of your two 1:2 statues so maybe you're the rich one!

Honestly it's not really a huge deal for me. Christmas kinda died when my mom passed. It's fun being around my nephews on Christmas, but they are all in Florida this year.

Would you get them on canvas? Yeah, you better avoid reading Hush, ha. Collectors are the only people who have to spend money after watching or reading something. I would say we have issues, but it's better than booze and drugs.

These are the two I really want:

This one I can't find anywhere that has it on canvas

Whenever I am presented with that fact I begin to get very nauseous . Its not that I regret buying these instead, its that I realize how much 20 Hot Toys figures would have cost and I spent that equivalent. There is seriously something wrong with me!

That sucks. My dad just got back out of the hospital again and I'm not sure how many Christmases I'll have left with him, but the one thing I know is when he's gone Christmases won't be the same for me either. A lot of my family is in Florida too this year, so I won't be celebrating a lot of it until after New Years.

But booze is at least so much cheaper! I'd love to get them on Canvas but the price almost doubles from Kult. Thats probably where I'll order from. But if I do canvas it will definitely only be one of them not both. I just don't know yet what art format I'll buy yet if any. I'm still too hooked on Prime 1 to commit to buying a high end art piece right now. Maybe a year from now that might change. But I'm thinking I'm going to need one of these to go along with P1 Hush Batman.

I love both of those, especially the first one. Plus it would look awesome with your GL piece you just ordered. I hope you can find one someday, and it doesn't cost thousands.

Oh don't worry, there is something wrong with everyone in this hobby.

I'm sorry to hear that. Parents shouldn't get sick. It really sucks.

I had nights where I went out drinking and dropped $100+ at the bar so I don't know if it's that much cheaper! At least KULT has a reward point program so if you ordered another one you would get a discount. If you get the Heroes one, you'll need all the P1 Hush pieces!

I'm sure that Superman canvas will pop up on eBay for a decent price eventually.

Glad I'm not the only one in this hobby that has something wrong with them. At least I've shaken off my sickness that kept me buying SS pieces.

I agree, it really sucks.

Yeah I've done that too. So much money wasted. Have they confirmed how many characters they are making in the Hush line? I think they already confirmed they won't be doing Nightwing or Catwoman. Do you know if there will be a Harley? I really like Jim Lee's version of her.

Are you going to pick up this awesome 2-pack?: http://news.toyark.com/2017/12/07/dc...-review-280348

It sounds like they were also going to make Poison Ivy and Huntress. That's all I heard. Those seem like they would be odd to pair with Superman and Batman.

That 2-pack is actually pretty cool, ha. I should start collecting Superman action figures again.

Yeah, I hate the snow. Driving to work this morning sucked. I know my dad will drive to Missoula regardless of the weather and he'll be pressuring me to go. It just makes me anxious and that drive is already 5 hours without the snow, I'm guessing it will take 10 hours with. That just seems insane. Plus all the traffic will make it dangerous.

Those are the other two I heard about too but I can't believe thats it. Its such a weird pairing. I'd have no interest in spending $1k+ on a Huntress ever, and Poison Ivy would be way down my list. I will most likely get Batman and I might even get Superman too. A Jim Lee Joker and Harley would be high priorities for me on a Hush list as would Catwoman. I can't believe they're supposedly not making her.

I'm thinking about getting it. Its only $65 on Amazon.

That looks so dangerous. I wouldn't do it.

Excellent! I never thought there would be a day where I would be rooting for SW to fail but here it is.

Yeah, Joker and Catwoman would make much more sense to me, but what do I know. I actually like Poison Ivy. Maybe it's because I know she could actually take on Superman. I mean she got control of him in the Hush comic! So you're really going to get both? That will be an awesome display!

$65? That's too much for two action figures. My friend keeps telling me to buy the Booster Gold and Blue Beetle Pops and I won't even do that.

I'm definitely leaning towards not going, but I'm going to get a lot of peer pressure to go.

I'm totally rooting for SW to fail! It's probably not going to happen though. I'm sure a bunch of people will go over the holidays. The worst thing for me has been the people who like the movie are in full attack mode on anyone who dislikes it. I have yet to see the people who hate it calling the people who like it names. They just say why they hated the movie. The people who like it have been nasty though. Hopefully Jumanji and Pitch Perfect take a lot of viewers away. Is it bad I kind of want to see both of those movies?

I loved how PI had control over Supes in Hush. I literally never saw that coming and for me made it a very believable way to get Batman and Superman to fight, instead of trying to turn one of them into the bad guy. I'm not sure yet, but I really like the way they display with eachother with Superman in the back hovering above Bats. If I move away from the Arkham line by then I might get both. I wish these things weren't so freaking expensive though!

I saw those on BBTS the other day and I was wondering if you were going to get them.

Are they aware of what you'd have to drive through? Luckily my family fears bas weather.

I bet half of the people that like the movie will end up hating it a year from now. Its weird that I'm seeing so many people that are vocal about hating the PT that are loving this movie. I definitely want to see Jumanji. But I definitely don't want to see Pitch Perfect because I'm not a gay man.

There is a cool new Vader/Anakin print going up for order on the 27th from Dark ink.

Have you ever read the lead up to Infinite Crisis where Maxwell Lord gets control over Superman? Yeah, these Prime 1 pieces are massive and expensive!

Well my brothers won't drive here if the weather is bad so they'll understand. It will mostly just be my dad trying to pressure me into going. He has a 4.5 hour drive to Missoula himself and I guarantee he goes no matter what. I mean I get it, it's Christmas and he wants to be with his kids. I just don't really care this year.

Yeah, I bet people change their mind after a while. We shall see though.

That is actually pretty amazing.

I haven't read that or Infinite Crisis either . I know, I suck. I played the Infinite Crisis game once though.

Wow. I would think he'd want his kids to be safe first.

Ha. Is that GIF from one of the other ones? I just don't see that many straight dudes going to see that. Probably just a bunch of dudes that are whipped by their wives that are forcing them to go. I'm sorry, have I offened your love for all-female cast musicals? Seriously I think I'd cringe harder watching that than I did The Last Jedi.

You should get it! I would order it but I already got a Celebration IV print that is really similar:

Identity Crisis followed by the countdown to Infinite Crisis and then the 52 after Infinite Crisis were all more interesting than the actual Infinite Crisis. In fact, I love 52. It focuses on other characters as Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman take time away after Infinite Crisis. You should read it!

My dad was raised Catholic. Guilt is a huge thing in that religion. I hate it. That's why I like Daredevil so much, he's always dealing with Catholic guilt.

That gif is from the first Pitch Perfect. I think I randomly saw that on TV one day and it was pretty funny. I'm not ashamed to admit that I enjoy them. Honestly I'll watch most anything with Anna Kendrick in it.

I'm bored and ready to go home from work so you're getting gifs today.

Dude, that print is awesome too! I checked out Dark Ink as I had never heard of it, there's some cool prints on that site.

I'll have to look into all of this. Are these all available in TPBs?

I'm pretty sure Catholics aren't supposed to put their loved ones in jeopardy for Christmas. I was raised Catholic but it didn't stick lol. None of my family are practicing Catholics, they just claim to be.

I like Anna Kendrick a lot, and I should encourage you to see Pitch Perfect 3 instead of seeing TLJ again anyways.

Dark Ink is pretty cool. Most of their prints are super affordable. But some of their stuff is a timed release or limited edition so once its gone its gone. Have you checked out Acme Archives like I told you to a couple months ago?
