If it's just covering the same ground and offers nothing unique from the other two, I'll just get the standard edition direct from Umbrella.
It was filmed in 1993 for the 25th anniversary. It's about 80 minutes long and contains interviews with Wes Craven, John Landis and others. Mainly, it has Romero, Hardman, Streiner and Russo discussing every aspect of the film. It also features an interview with Judith O'Dea and a very good piece with Marilyn Eastman and Karl Hardman regarding the soundtrack. It's been released many times before and imo is the best documentary of the film. I do enjoy One for the Fire as well. Birth of the Living Dead is very good, but is the weakest of the three.

Considering that you regularly troll this site with these sorts of comments, and that they seem to be ALL that you have to offer to this site, I'm extremely surprised that you haven't been permanently banned. If you want to continue, then by all means respond, because that would certainly help in making it one step closer to becoming reality.

Hypocrisy at it's finest. If you weren't worrying about everyone else and what they are doing, we wouldn't be having this conversation.

That doesn't even make sense. Jealous of what?

He's right, though. You came into this thread and fired a shot at another poster because you apparently don't approve of how he's spending his money and mistakenly thought that anybody cared about your opinion. "Don't worry about me and what I'm doing, you just worry about yourself." is actually a perfect response to "You already have spent a small fortune on this movie, and you're going to buy it again the third time?"

Not to mention your inability to follow a conversation, as evidenced by the following exchange:

Reading is fundamental. He said he had the Japanese release of the original film and the TT release of the remake, so this two-pack of both would be the second time for each. And even if they were the third versions they'd bought, who cares?

Enough of your trolling - go sell crazy someplace else, we're all stocked up here.

the more I see the limited edition artwork the more I love it, I too wish the logo was on the back or somewhere else but oh well still looks like a nice set.

I like the single edition art too personally

It's funny, you got that idiom wrong, but it actually makes perfect sense in this situation. The saying really goes
Quote:
"Those who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones."
Your version sounds like a person who didn't follow that advice chastising the person they threw stones at for retaliating. 'I know I threw a stone at you, but please don't throw stones at my glass house!'

My apologies to you mate, and to everyone else. Obviously I didn't want this thread to go in this direction, that goes double because I am the OP of the thread.

You told me to fight, well I'm fighting, this place is not safe, not North America or International. We should leave before it's too late."

Hey folks, a little update:

We all hate those giant ratings stickers, right?

Well, this one (standard and 2-disc) will have a removable sticker instead of being printed on the slick. Leave it on, if you like, or cast it to the rubbish bin - the choice shall be yours!

Cheers
Si

What's the best place to order the 1990 edition from -- including UK shipping?

I clicked the ezydvd link and the shipping is almost as much as the item!

I don't normally pre-order but Simon's posts have convinced me this will be a worthy release.

A bit further down from the Ezydvd link (that was just the original source for this release) in the OP, there are two other links to JB HiFi's website, for the standard and limited edition.
