According to the MVD listing, the Dark Water release date is now 10/25, although it is listed as in-stock.

I hope I'm wrong, as it'd be great to have both HGL sets by Halloween, but my glass-half-empty self -- the one that also considers that possibly former LE delay truth -- isn't holding my breath.
Meeting release dates has been a struggle for Arrow so far, even over a year in.

I already have (and love, other than III, both the transfer and the film) the UK box, but am looking forward to a nice profit on the US set once it is OOP, as well as being able to sell the assumed eventual single releases. Being a backer truly rocks - even when it's something I already own, I make out like a bandit!

Definitely. I ordered the regular UK set because I didn't think there was a possibility of this set being a US release. Once I return that, I'll get my $30 back, plus I can either sell the standard set or give it to someone as a gift (probably the latter - either way, I'm saving money).

Also, what's up with Hellraiser III? Bad transfer?

It's misframed (too much info on the left), you can see edges of sets etc.

Meanwhile, they continue to release lots of gems U.K. only, whether through the Video or Academy lines.
Attempting to watch Microwave Massacre now... just horrible C-grade crap. For some reason I was sort of thinking that the fund raising to start releasing in the U.S., along with them covering 2 regions was to help Arrow obtain more titles that were harder and/or more expensive to license and that would help us get some still unreleased gems, but there's been too much mediocre stuff that they've released, unfortunately, like Microwave Massacre, along with not-so-hard to get titles. Oh well.... getting more than enough money back through resell to cover expenses.

FYI: A Gold Backer (maybe someone who's a member here?) on Twitter recently asked about the HGL Shock and Gore set as far as when we can expect it as backers, and the reply from Arrow was:"Will more than likely be quite close to the release date for this one."

Hoping that both HGL sets are delivered at the same time -- the weight for each should be pretty high, so sending both at the same time would ideally make sense.

With Dark Water seemingly pushed back as well, I hope all three are included in the box.

The smaller HG Lewis boxes are individually packaged (as in, sent to retailers with each one individually boxed and then four of those in a bigger box), so I'd assume that Dark Water would come separately.

If they came in around the same time, MVD might want to get as many releases as possible out at once.

Looks like we're having another one of those dark periods where backers are the very last ones to get anything. Sounds like Dark Water and the HGL set are already in the hands of customers but not even a shipping notice yet from MVD to backers. And what about the Bride of Re-animator release?
I'd begin thinking about emailing Arrow and/or MVD if I wasn't beginning to feel so beat down by the regularity of these delays and the general lack of response from the powers that be.

There was word that we'd be getting the HGL sets right around the release date, so that's been addressed. I've never gotten any shipping notifications from MVD, but I know some people have set that up through USPS. I'm not too worried about this, I sort of figured there'd be some delay. They've made good on getting us everything to this point; I think we'll have everything for October by the end of the month.

Got a FedEx shipping notification from MVD for an 18.8 lb package. So it seems our HG Lewis box sets are on the way to be delivered tomorrow.

Maybe they stuck Dark Water and Bride of Re-animator in there for good measure.

Dark Water was delayed, but Bride is a definite possibility.

Edit - confused this with Pulse.
