True, but the member asked members here on their opinion. We all weighed in and some liked it and some did not. So from there it is up to them.

Didn't the Civil War thread get moved to WISHLIST for a while and then moved back when it was confirmed? I think that's what the user is asking...

Just got done seeing this, like most of you stated, once the action starts it loses a lot of its charm. Also a little disappointed in this version of the Joker. With that being said, I would watch this again and will still be preordering this steel when it becomes available.

Maybe the steelbook cover will be a closeup of WillShot's face. And the back cover will be Captain Boomerang's face.

I enjoyed Joker in this. Wish there was more of him. I can't wait to see Leto's Joker and Afflecks Batman share the big screen in "The Batman"

Day 1 buy, was a really good movie. It was another example of why I never listen to critics.

Exactly. Although my expectations were set kinda low for it... Maybe that's why I enjoyed it so much. Nonetheless, It's forsure a day one buy for me.

Really? I guess they'll keep giving us half-assed efforts.

It's no doubt entertaining. I mean you'd really have to mess it up for the film to be boring, but aside from the dozen or so problems with the film, the story should have been so much more than it was.

Que "it's his opinion". I know.

D.C. is destroying it at the box office with very polarizing movies. Can you imagine if they dropped an absolutely fantastic movie on us? When you have the two greatest comic book heroes ever (not even debatable IMHO) you can rule the cinematic world...now let's see if they can come even close.

They did. It was called "The Dark Knight". DC's glory days are behind us, not in front.

This. The Dark Knight Trilogy is by far the most well-developed, well-scripted, and well-cast "comic book movie" franchise in the last 10 years. The underlying themes, dipped-style film processing, and how well it tied emotions and the moral ambiguity of "justice," make it dominant over other, more light-hearted franchises, such as the MCU, and more understandable and relatable than the confusing timelines of the X-Men franchise. Even the up-and-coming DCCU is nothing compared to the Dark Knight Trilogy.

Those were the bygone days for sure. Now that there's a DCEU we need a movie that resonates with everyone. Maybe Justice League will be a step in the right direction.

Why even comment on it then?

WB's problem starts at the top. Begins with Kevin tsujihara.

With the surprising announcment of an extended cut, I'm even more excited for the artwork reveal. Hopefully they show it off soon.

Ummmmmmm...no. But if the HMV BvS was the same design for Best Buy's, I'm sure that'll be the case here. I'll warm up to it. But not right now.
