If I do get a Pro then I would really want the 2TB in there. Guess I will just have to buy another one.
I used the Seagate STDR2000100 (like I'm sure most did) on my old one, but that was 3 years ago. Is there a better option nowadays? Don't want anything really expensive like SSD's.

Will the PSVR work with PS3 & can you watch movies on the headset?

You can watch movies on the headset, but I am pretty sure it won't work on PS3.

It's PS4 only.

Mavrick, would you consider the PSVR if the price drops down the road? I remember you mentioned VR was of interest awhile back.

The headset being the price of a new console, a substantial library for the unproven market will be one of the main factors for me, along with games I'd be more interested in (open world VR), but a lower price helps too. The Stereo 3D has definitely got my interest though for the games.

Definitely would if the price dropped. I still do want it but I have had to adjust my priorities a bit, which meant dropping this from a day 1 purchase to a next year purchase.

By then I would expect a good catalogue of games too.

Going with the PS4 Pro for 4K (although most every game will be upscaled) and HDR support.

I have a Vive and Oculus which I need to use a bunch more before I can justify yet more VR hardware.

Thanks Mavrick.

---------------
If money was no concern, and I only had one choice between PS4 Pro and PSVR in 2016, I'd definitely go with the PSVR to have a new gaming experience, plus the stereo 3D.

Mutelight, with your Vive and Rift, are you able to adjust the stereo 3D setting to mild, medium or strong 3D, using a parameter slider or something like that? I usually crank up the 3D to maximum for the strongest 3D effect and this would give me some idea of what's standard with a VR head set. Thanks.

I haven't seen any adjustments in that area, only IPD adjustments so I believe it is a set standard. That said the 3D effect is excellent on both from my experiences.

I'm getting the Pro on the 10th of November not interested in VR gaming.
