"Phishing link detected". OK so it's almost certainly a false positive, but it stops me making an account. I truly hate sites that force you to make an account you may never use again in order to buy an item. Use Paypal checkout, offer a guest payment option or sell through an established retailer like Amazon.

I don't see any way to edit an existing order on their site, but there is a section at the bottom of the order page to send a message regarding the order, So I'm sure it can surely be manually fixed via that method.

I'm still getting '403 forbidden' every time I try to access the site, have tried on Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer (on my archaic work PC) and via Chrome and Firefox on my Galaxy S6 (all software and apps up to date) via WI-FI and 4G but still no luck.

Any one else having similar problems?

Can anyone say if there's an option to pay with credit card through PayPal without making a PayPal account? I asked on Facebook but still wasn't clear from their response. They did say I'd have to log in, but sometimes sellers seem to be unaware that transactions can be processed through PayPal without the customer needing an account.

According to the PayPal website, you can pay without creating an account...if the merchant has it set up to accept payments that way under Selling Preferences.

So it may or may not work on this.

Well thanks first to all who ordered and who have been able to order.

We are working down the payments. If you have not received any confirmation, then we will fix that within the next 24h.

If you have placed a double order by mistake we will look it up and contact you to clarify and in case will refund the amount.

Sorry for the problems. But this was a roll-out. If few hundred people try to access the website at the same time to register customer-accounts, it can happen that the database gets a an overload. We are trying to prevent that in the future. We were not able to access the website right after we switched it online.

However, still high quantities available.

As for one button solution: It's true they make it easier. But we offer a system for international customers where taxes and shipping differ and had to find out that the fast checkout solutions of amazon and paypal have issues with that too, as they would not correctly adjust the amount to charge.

And yes everybody who ordered will get their disc. It is not nice at all to be indirectly accused of fraud.

Lastly, a lot of orders got through. We are working on getting the confirmations out. Complaining is always easy. We are trying our best.

Well.... I had a change of heart. Since this is one of my favorite films ever, I decided to give it a shot and pre-order. I actually had no trouble on my end. I'm using a Mac with Firefox and was able to order as a guest through Paypal with my debit card.

Don't let me down Cinespectral.

Not knocking people's choices, but I'm surprised to hear so many electing Cover "C". I figured most Blu Ray enthusiasts were more purist when poster art is involved. I wonder which one will sell out first and last?
