Yeah, I think it has everything to do with the poor box office performance since neither format is included. Still, it's very disappointing cause WB was the one studio consistent on domestic 3D, and did recently release other box office flops such as King Arthur.

Yeah its a blind buy as i never got to see it in the one week it played in theatres here

I was surprised that the movie entertained me, and not as bad as some reported it to be for the story. It's got some good pacing to it. Expectations make a difference, as this is really a movie about the outer space station and trying to prevent a disaster, rather than a disaster destroying the world as the trailers were hinting.

There are a number of strong 3D shots that look awesome in Geostorm 3D. And medium 3D shots too. Still a generally solid conversion.

True, but this was the biggest flop for WB. Even bigger than King Arthur.

I guess since this was a colossal fail that WB didn't even bother with it.

Australia is getting 3D and 4k also. Jbhifi has the 3d listed but not the 4k yet.

The outerspace shots in 3D went beyond my expectations for the 3D. There's a shot with the bar gate in the foreground, peeking through at the astronauts flying towards it, that looks like one of the strongest 3D shots in the movie.

Does WB Shop charge your card immediately or only when the order ships? I want to order this, but not if I have to pre-pay 6 weeks in advance.

I checked my bank -- there's a hold on my card, but I don't know if it's temporary or not. I'll keep checking, and post what I know.
