Looking at ordering from Play Asia, however, I do have a Region B 3D player, but don't have Dolby Atmos. Blu-ray.com is reporting DTS Master Audio 5.1, however, which seems strange since I doubt Dolby would downgrade to a DTS track, can anyone confirm that Valerian 3D will output Dolby TrueHD 7.1 if Atmos is not preset in receiver? Thanks.

The Atmos and DTS-MA are separate tracks. I'm not sure what happens if you play the Atmos track if the height option isn't supported by your receiver. But if you have any other Atmos titles you could probably experiment yourself. Although it's definitely backward compatible (but I'm not sure if it goes to 7.1 or 5.1).
