Agreed. I know there are a lot of adults who grew up watching the original show. But this is not a franchise reboot for them and their kids. It's more of a spinoff for young girls. Not everything can / should be for everybody.

I don't care about this movie. I just hear the pitch, and my cynical initial reaction is that they're going to make it "woke" by having the lead characters lez out.
