Yes, same artist did this too, but that doesn't mean it's the ideal artwork for a Steelbook. It works for the end credits because it's actually animated. Taking essentially an animated still and putting it on a cover is not as effective. Aside from that, the imagery itself just isn't that good in my opinion.

I personally don't hate it as much as others, but it wouldn't have even been my 100th choice.

Actually I would’ve preferred the Flashdance homage artwork on this, but it works for Deadpool.

I still can’t get over how drastically disgusting this artwork is. I thought that maybe sleeping on it and seeing it the next day might change my mind a bit. Well, it did in a way, I guess. It’s now even worse than my initial reaction!
