Mainly social media spoilers for people that can watch the episode earlier then you can. Worked well for Game of Thrones and HBO.

I remember waking up on the day of the finale of season two of The Mandalorian and in the trending section of Twitter was

, so I basically knew who was going to show up in the finale and the surprise was ruined for me. So, I do agree having the episode premiere at night when most people are home is better than premiering the episode early in the morning and you can't watch the episode until later in the day when you're off from work/school.

Not much for me on a Wednesday either. I think the only thing that will be on then will be Coronation Street, because Paul O'Grady's For The Love Of Dogs has finished and Beat The Chasers is only a one week thing across this current week. So Loki should fit in perfectly.

They certainly have the rights for him now. I think he's probably the best choice if they're not going with Doom or Galactus (both of whom probably would feel underpowered in comparison to Thanos wiping out half the universe).

He doesn't possess Thanos' raw power. However, he's incredibly crafty and manipulative.

[Show spoiler]He basically has dominion over the timestream so he could wreak havoc that way, doing what the Avengers did to defeat Thanos in Endgame. I think Kang was described as the ultimate villain for the Avengers once because just as you defeat him, he can be back one second later. For the Avengers it'll only be one second later, but Kang could have spent hundreds of years in the timestream preparing for this moment and then return to the precise moment of his defeat, this time ready with a new plan. And this something he could continue to do over and over until he succeeds. He also has multiple incarnations, depending on what part of the timestream he's been plucked from, so an older, wiser version of him (such as Immortus) could serve as an ally for the Avengers.

Another connection to him is that he considers himself to be the descendant of

[Show spoiler]Doctor Doom. Back when he first debuted, he and Doom both believed that Kang was perhaps a future version of Doom. Later on, it was retconned so that Kang was really a descendant of Reed Richards, or Reed's father Nathaniel Richards anyway.
