Must be a sliding scale based on how many titles aren't being transferred over. I am missing the two episodes of Rick & Morty that for some stupid reason aren't being transferred over but they are only giving me 5 free movies.

Stupid considering the episodes of Rick & Morty are clearly for sale on Google Play but the list of movies you can choose from is pretty good and 5 free movies seems like a fair tradeoff for 2 tv episodes on transferring over.

after a long time.. i finally hear back.. they tell me that basically "issues" prevented everything from merging, but they're working on it.. the only one that "cant" merge is Game of Thrones (Season 2) .. even though every episode but 3 merged. Then offered me a few movies from a list to "make up for it"

i told em what i wanted, but also asked why 75% of the season ported, but the rest didn't.. guess i'll see in a month what happens. =P

I had nine movies and TV series that aren't available to migrate. All but one is available for purchase in Google Play, however. Not surprisingly, these titles tended to be Paramount and BBC stuff. All were identified as unavailable due to technical issues. (Not sure how that one title that isn't even in Google Play would even be a candidate for migration.) I asked for alternatives (replacements), but that's a negative at this point in time.

i had one tv show batman half of season 2 didnt port over so they gave me matrix collection and 4 or 5 other movies free of my choice of a list of about 50 movies

I'm going to contact them about Wolverine and Venom. I've also got BBC's Africa, but Google doesn't have any BBC Earth shows for some reason. Venom is probably in Sony's court as it was a UV but couldn't play in Flixster, only thru Sony's digital service and they're shutting down too.

i'm still missing 3 eps of GOT S2.. and if i go to "verify" them... they say it's already redeemed.. but the only new title that showed up eligible to migrate was Fringe Season 5.. maybe this will get resolved by next weekend..

Got an email back from Sony with a Google Play code for Venom. I think I got everything ported over now except for BBC Earth's Africa.

I might have an extra code for Wolverine. I found I had an extra code in a Blu-ray I did not redeemed previously that I redeemed, but then Flixster was able to merge it over. Hopefully it doesn't put in my GP collection twice.

3/4 of mine still aren't porting .. lol.. BUT..... i discovered something.. the ones i redeemed through flixster... I've used the codes again, redeeming through MA, or directly through the studio redemption sites.. it's worked with at least 3 titles so far so.. i'm just gonna see if I can do that with the others but I also have a shitload where i don't have the codes anymore.. like 7 Saw Movies.

I mentioned this a few pages back but HBO collections can be redeemed through their site onto Google Play directly.

Anyone contact Sony yet about their digital locker stuff? I should but keep forgetting to.

50/50 if i kept that S2 digital code.. lol..

My Flixster migration is still a mess. I ported over many titles to Google Play (Canada), but still have 38 titles which did not. Received several emails including one which said they are working on fixing all titles but one won’t work (Magnificent 7). They sent me a list of movies to choose from to make up for that one so I chose Aquaman. Got the code....but it doesn’t work. Also, several of my titles were US codes which at some point became ‘title unavailable’ in Flixster, so I suspect those aren’t working yet because they’re titles that work in a Google Play US account but aren’t available on a Google Play Canada account? The whole thing is a mess. Will be interesting to see if they actually resolve those or simply drop my issue and let it slide until the whole thing is shut down. Thankfully, I can still pop in the physical media if I want to watch the movie (what a concept....).

itunes will "free" upgrade your HD to 4K.. at least the US ones do (if they have 4K available) .. and i prefer my digital library for when I'm at my inlaws. it gives me something to do when watching my nephew or they're being gross and smoking =P...

they said they'd give me digital replacements too, but hell if i've seen it yet.

Only there's nothing to move over. and they said they were closing my ticket.
and they didn't give me the codes to make up for other nonsense.

Yeah, I got the same e-mail earlier in the week. Absolutely no new titles were flagged as transferrable, though. I wrote back and complained, but no response thus far. Hoping if I keep arguing, they'll offer some substitute movies.

i'm more pissed about the seasons and saw movies than the other titles. downfall is - they'll only offer WB titles. =P

Same here. Absolutely nothing changed on my end despite their email stating they had fixed most issues. I’m beginning to think many affected titles were US only codes, and one needs to be signed up in both a US Flixster account (which is already officially shut down and not even accessible) and a US Google Play account. Looks like this will be a lost cause.....
