Not every IMAX title has a different ratio.

I believe you need an Imaxed Enhanced capable Amp/Receiver to utilize the audio exactly how it should be heard. Most studio's, especially Disney use near field mixes for the home. Imaxed Enhanced should be the exact sound field used in the IMAX theatres for each particular movie. So this would pop up indicating on the Amp/Receiver that it's an IMAX Enhanced audio.

I think that's the only way to enjoy these discs.

I think theatrical IMAX audio (6 or 12 track) doesn't have a discrete subwoofer channel though? So if these are 12.1 then they're already not the exact same theatrical mix.
