He alludes to it being the over competitive nature and what not, but it would be nice to hear about what happened in between to have him be disillusioned and down on his luck.

Its obvious Bombay is going to end up dating Evans mom and coaching the team of course.

They already showed why he hates hockey again in the trailers. What I don't get is how hes no longer a lawyer lol. He never lost his law license and I would assume rather then running a rink he would have fallen back on that.

Second episode was kind of blah, far too short. Nice to see Bombay skating again. Emilio is just owning this series. I really cannot stand Graham. Never been a fan of hers and this series isn't doing her any favors for me.

Starting to think it's gonna be the Old Ducks coming back that gets Bombay to help this new team.

I enjoyed the second Episode a lot, yes it was way too short, but it was crazy funny. The scenes with Estevez rocked. He is the showstealer and so funny

Second episode I love how she's surprised they lost so badly when they never well, practiced any actual hockey. Bombay is eventually going to drag them out of this with Evan as the new Charlie.

I am surprised he did so bad at goalie though, they show him having all these insane reflexes then he just stands there.

Show just keeps getting better. While they don't mention Bombay being a lawyer, we do find out that sometime after D3,

[Show spoiler]Bombay was given a college coaching gig, made a mistake and was fired & banned from ever coaching in college again.

We find out how he got the Ice rink, nice call back to D3.

We get a nice subplot with the girl that runs the concession stand.

This one got pretty emotional with Bombay too, proving that Emilio really is the heart of this franchise.

Really loving this show.

I missed the callback, what was it?

So far I'm really enjoying it. It's not as sharp as Cobra Kai, but then it's not designed to be.

I am interested where they go after this first season however, as S1 is essentially a drawn out version of the same old story (so far).

This show has really been growing on me, its nice to see Bombay returning back to his old self. Thats probably how we see the old ducks, he brings them in to teach thd kids about the true meaning of Hockey.

I'm glad they've actually been having the team slowly build up and only win a game against the 2nd worst team in the league (funnily enough being the Hawks which the Ducks of course beat in the first movie...)by one goal instead of magically being good, especially considering they only have 2 players with any real experience.

Next week we get 6 of the old Ducks coming back. Looks like Fulton is now working Construction and sets up a meeting with the others?

I also liked that they finally gave other ducks the main subplot, in the Larp girl and the popular girl.

Would make sense he would be in construction.

I wasn't expecting to get a backstory of why she dressed that way besides her being the generic weird girl so it was nice.. I've had the exact same experience in school of 2 groups of friends and it being awkward when they met since neither knew I was in the other group, so I can certainly relate.

You know, I pretty much have to agree. I haven't even gotten around to finishing falcon but I haven't missed any eps of ducks.

Just like other Disney stuff, it sucks and lacks the greatness of things past.

The reunion episode was pretty good. Certainly shows how much the Ducks changed. Also had a good explanation as to why Charlie wasn't there.

I knew Evan wouldn't go to the Ducks since there's no show if that happens, but the whole time I want to yell at the TV that not only did his mom start the team for him he just got Sofi to quit. Definitely can understand them being mad at him for it.

Glad Connie and Guy got married and had a kid named after Bombay. Sad he didn't go to there wedding though. Its good the Dont Bothers have been pulling him out of his depression because it seems like it was pretty long, and we know how dark it was.
