Silent Madness was released in the USA by Vinegar Syndrome on 3D Blu-ray in November 2020. It has been confirmed as REGION FREE and includes three viewing options - polarised 3D, anaglyph 3D and flat 2D.

...I'm hoping Silent Madness has a good chance of making it onto 3D Blu-ray. Back in the Silver Age I was watching a lot of slasher movies but for some reason I never got around to watching this one or subsequently came across it on DVD. If it's like any of the other 80s 3D movies I've seen then I look forward to seeing it in its original format sooner rather than later.
