Season 7 and 8 may be pretty meh, I still want this whole set in 4K. Easy day 1 for me.

Meh... my only complaint is they didn't just finish Winterfell in S7 exactly as the final season did and... quite frankly, the final episode is the only episode that makes me ride a dragon and burn whole cities to the ground because of how amateur and Tommy Wiseau D&D's direction was for the finale. The shots were too on the nose, Dinklage's reaction to finding Jaime and Cersei is the most pathetic and worst acting moment of his career and you could tell it was a "Cut, let move on." "Can I get another take?" "No, no time!" I could live with any other issue.... too bad Marshall was busy wasting his time on Hellboy so he could have done The Long Night and MS could have just directed The Bells and The Iron Throne.

I'm done ranting, sorry. I didn't hate the season at all; the finale just ****ing blew and felt like amateur hour like a few wannabe filmmakers somehow got a massive budget and just made an expensive fan film for YouTube. I hate D&D.

I hope they release the seasons individually since I already got seasons 1 & 8 in 4k

Did they ever do that for The Sopranos? I want to say that the last seasons or Pt 2 of the last season was on Blu-ray initially but didn't the rest of the series just get packaged together? I'd be wary of that; you might end up having to double/triple dip.

And that's why you don't get seasons 1 and 8 without waiting to see what happens with seasons 2-7.

i already have 2-7 on blu-ray which will be eventually sold 1-8 are on 4k

Just wanted to make sure that YOU specifically know what I'm not doing. Now, please come back once you get your set and post your opinion on how great The Long Disappointment, I mean The Long Night looks. I'm sure it will still seem like it is being viewed with 5 pair of sunglasses on. LOL
