I returned an opened BD once with a crushed case and they took it. I sent this back and ordered a new one due to a dent under the card. F—- them if they don’t process the refund when they get it, but I think they will. I chose damaged fir the reason and they didn’t charge return shipping. Fortunately got a healthy replacement while still in stock.
