I'm not sure anyone argued the point of buying the same items and returning the exact same items bought as being a wash in units and a ton of wasted employee time. No reason whatsoever to mention you've opened the originals since the items will be identical in the end.

I was one of those that got shot down. I ended up just ordering 3 of them again. I'll return those with their older order numbers. One of them would be out of the return window by the time it got to me.

Steelbook came in the mail today. I didn't open it yet, but I don't see any noticeable dents or damage. *whew*

Excellent. They don't always send tracking info, but I've never had any issues with items arriving, and always packed well for international travel.
