Utterly useless. Doesn't address the one thing we're all concerned about. Only shows the inside of the one season that's a single disc.

Box sets always seemed to get delayed unless it is amazon or bestbuy from other places ;/.

Just got my set from Amazon today, and I'm happy to report that there are English SDH subtitles for all main titles (none for the bonus features), and that Universal learned from its repressed Parks and Recreation set and used flipper trays instead of stacked discs! I repeat: No stacked discs; all are on flipper trays or housed by themselves on either side of the case.

Seasons 1 and 3 are the only seasons with more than two discs (both have three discs, in their case), and they are the only two with flippers as such. Every other season is two discs (except Season 8, which only has one disc), so they are housed separately on either side of the case for the two-disc seasons. Feel free to take a collective sigh of relief!

Here's the Season 1 case interior and rear.

The subtitles are the typical placed SDH you see on The Office, Parks and Recreation, and other Blu-ray–era Universal releases. I can get a screenshot if anyone's curious, but I wasn't sure if a still would be a violation or anything of forum rules, so precautionary principle here.

Just got mine with the gift packaging and all discs are good except some smudges that i got rid of with t-shirt.. all mint.. no scratches. Looks amazing btw

There is no relief quite like the feeling of seeing marks on the surface of the disc and finding out they're just dirt/smudges.

Mine arrived in a box w/air pillows from Best Buy. All discs pristine, zero scratches.

Gonna pop in a few discs after dinner. Zero stacked discs. Order away everybody!

So the discs hold 6-12 episodes each? That's not ideal, but should still beat VOD for the time being. I guess the extras must have pushed S3 over to three discs, as S2 has the same number of episodes.

It's only a 21 minute show. Well, 21:30 on average, to be precise.

I don't think they're pushing the limits too badly.

Well, just got mine from Amazon, no gift packaging, and it was crushed (to no one's surprise). Do you just order and specify that something is a gift to get it in a box?

I think I'm going to start ordering these things from Best Buy. I know their shipping is hit or miss, but that's better than the almost certainty of damage from Amazon.

I've specified that something was a gift a few times and it always still came in a bag.

I don't know what their system is. Most boxed sets I've ordered in the past year or two have come in bags. Meanwhile I'll get a box for like three movies I bought.

My B99 came in a bag as well, and there was a big old tear in the bag (not necessarily Amazon's fault) and it had started snowing.

Fortunately everything looks fine, though I'm still going to quibble a bit with the set itself because half of the inlay cards were cut too big for the cases and so are scrunched up a bit (I'll have to do some trimming tomorrow), and even the ones that aren't are a bit misaligned so the spines are a bit cocked.
