My copy has shipped will arrive on Tuesday, cant believe my wife has never seen this movie gonna be a great movie night

I haven’t seen it either.

Just judging by the trailer, and no offense, I don’t get the hype. I may end up buying it if I can in case it sells out quickly and I happen to regret not attempting to get it ha.

Welp, mine arrived early today. With a horizontal scratch right across the front cover. This is why I hate these damn exclusives. Do they even do exchanges, or am I doomed to drive to the closest (40 minute drive) Best Buy and hope to find a copy in-store?

If you came of age in the mid/late 80’s, this was one of the seminal films of that time.

I watched it again on HBOMax about six months ago and enjoyed it as much as when I saw it in the theaters at the age of 12.

And it has a kick ass soundtrack. Lou Gramm’s “Lost in the Shadows” is a classic.

It still claims I’ll get it on Tuesday.

Same with mine. Sometimes best buy ships thr day before and it gets to me the next day though. Hoping that's the case here.

Don’t worry. Most of my BB purchases don’t ship out until the day before and I get them the next day.

I did. But besides being so perturbed that I've banished it to it's shipping box until it can be returned, I don't have a 4K Player to test it on. (I bought it primarily for the remastered Blu-ray.) You'll have to wait a little bit longer I'm afraid.

Thanks for the reply. Two other sites have now reviewed it with no mention of the problem so hopefully that’s a good sign

So, I have to ship my damaged copy back to BB for a refund. They have no stock to replace mine with. I've got to say... I'm just not shopping at Best Buy any more. I can't believe how difficult they make even the smallest things.

I’m pretty surprised! Very glad they’re doing that also!

Doesn’t always help as I have still had damage from Lionsgate even with the protector, but it sure doesn’t hurt!

Wait until tonight, get online at 1:30am and get a ISPU copy or order another copy for home delivery then return.
