Thanks, seems I would have a $10 savings compared to diabolik if I can get free shipping. I'm interested in enter the video store, waterworld 4k, and last starfighter. Might be worth to give them a shot. I've checked various other currently released titles and I don't see any savings. But for whatever reason, GHV and DBDVD both offer great savings on pre-order items compared to amazon. So they might be a frequent new site for me.

$66.99 on Targets site. After 5% redcard its 63.65 so not much more then Grindhouse. And you'd get free shipping without having to spend $100. I put in a preorder.

https://www.target.com/p/enter-the-v...3/-/A-88997522

I am a bit confused with Target's listing though. It says the studio is MVD and not Arrow. Maybe they just need to update it. Does have the correct UPC though

MVD distributes their titles, so Target does tend to list them for their releases (either as MVD or as Music Video Dist). Same for 88 Films and others too.

So what do you guys expect or hope for the future from Empire pictures? I looked them up. And didn't realize they were the guys that did Re-animator and From Beyond. Aside from those and dolls. Ghoulies is a big want from me. And I'm considering getting Terrorvision/The Video dead double pack. Because those are the 2 I really wish could be included in this set. Those look very campy and up my alley.

Though I would advise to wait on any MGM Scream Factory Empire releases. It seems inevitable for them to be reissued by someone else down the road.

I'll check it out thanks. I mean that's why I asked. I want those 2 movies, but I really would love them to get a nice remaster release.

It will be either Vinegar Syndrome or Arrow Video if Ghoulies ever gets a new release on bluray. Both tend to take older Scream titles and re-release them. Usually their double feature blurays.

Terrorvision is absolutely great and this set is still widely available at a good price.

Yup Yup, that's the set I'm considering. What with Arrows release, potential future 4K Re-animator, the ghoulies, and that set. What an amazing October this will be!

Terrorvision is really campy and fun and the kind of thing that should be in a set like this.

Video Dead is really boring and zero budget even by the standards of these things. I do not think it would fit other than the production company. It reminds me of those regional stinkers that Troma would buy, stick a fun name on, edit down, and then release under their name and catch unsuspecting viewers (like teenage me) by surprise when we'd get something titled "Demented Death Farm Massacre" and it would be some bland crime drama from the 70s. I guess at least "The Video Dead" is an appropriate title!

Yeah that zombie makeup was horrible. However I am still interested in it. After finding out more about Empire Pictures, now knowing which movies they made, it made me more interested in checking out a few of their other movies. At least Video Dead is in that double pack.

I'm just smiling ear to ear. I just set out a couple months ago to seek out some of my all time campy horror favorites. I have a handful of them already, with some of them having OUTSTANDING transfers. And find out even more is coming. WOOO!

What are the odds they will sell these standalone? I just want Arena, Dolls and Robot Jox.

Really? Someone here or another thread said arrow doesn't usually sell individually things that are part of sets. Don't get me wrong I would prefer that. But as it is now I think I want to watch the movies, and if I don't like them break them part and sell them individually cheap just to keep dolls.

They did individuals for the Hellraiser and House sets. Yeah, it's still a better deal to buy the box.

Ah yes I think I saw that. See I'm just coming into it now, having missed and bought previous things aftermarket like Dune 1984 LE and Legend LE. I bought Hellraiser 2 from someone on ebay for like $13, so good deal there. Still trying to get the first one for under $20 shipped.

ARENA helped sell this set. The big question is what will it look like? A standalone makes sense if it doesn't look like an upscaled DVD

Arena, Dolls, and Dungeonmaster sells this set for me. I'll watch the other 2 of course. Hopefully Celler Dweller is a fun horror movie.

I'm still waiting for a an individual US version of Hellraiser 3. Any reason why that still has not been made?
