Found one in store at Barnes & Nobel for $50.99. 30% off took it down to $35.69, plus another 10% so I got it for $32.12.

B&N sells at MSRP, but they usually discount new releases by 30%, which takes it down to Amazon release day pricing. 10% members discount often makes them the best option for release day purchasing.

That anti-theft price sticker wrecks holy hell with bare slipcovers, though.

I picked this up on Day 1 last week. Great 4K transfer for a fantastic film!

My store surprisingly had about 8 copies in stock at the time (all gone now), so I was grateful to be able to pick out a nice copy, a luxury which doesn't happen too often these days and will end once BB stops carrying physical media entirely.

I am still not the biggest fan of this particular artwork, but it does look nicer in person as is often the case with steelbooks.

Regardless, I purchased this for the film itself, which is truly excellent, so I can't complain.

Whats so annoying is that theres no coherent artwork style to the whole series

Fallout i bought the normal amaray and now i kinda want the steel but it doesnt fit lol

They just released a matched set of steelbooks for 1-6, which 7 does not match.

I am sure they'll do another matched set for 1-7 before 8 releases. Then the initial steelbook for 8 won't match.

Standards for 1-5 match but then the rest are random. My slip for the fourth film is in poor shape so I almost want to drop the standards for the fourth and fifth and go for steels, so it's matching standards for the first three and random steels for the rest. I wonder when this series will get rebooted and Cruise retires. I guess I will continue buying both of editions which I have done since Fallout. Watch them end this series with either a SteelBook or standard and not both.

Returned the one I bought from Best Buy and kept the one from Target for $26 before tax.

Small dent and a tiny scratch on the back but I didn't sweat it. I only bought the steelbook because I wanted both the 4K and bluray disc and glad to get the code as well.

If Paramount had put this on Black Friday $11.99 for 4K and $7.99 for Bluray I would have bought it that way which is what I did for Sonic 2.

So Paramount splitting up the packages is working with me but only on some movies.

I created custom artwork for 6 & 7 to match 1-5 in the standard cases. Solved that stupid problem.
