I did enjoy Soul Eater but still wish it got more seasons.

If I learned anything going into and out of this summer, if I was forced to choose only one it would be IGPX~

I mean, I already watch this series on an annual basis more so than any other series (Satoshi Kon notwithstanding), I've literally watched both cuts at least twice thus far not just to make a blu-ray review but also to reflect on the pending-20+ years this anime has been in my life, AND the ironic bonus that even among my other favorite anime it's rarely if at all brought up in many others' favorites and I've grown to accept that...

...And yes, I would have paid more than 70 bucks directly to Discotek (with bonus tip to Jose Agumedo) all over again for the blu-ray, it'd be a step-up from buying the DVD release twice back in 2016, and if my best friend were still alive today they'd have my extra copy because it'd be a birthday present for him as IGPX was in their Top 5 anime of all time~
