Elemental 4K Steelbook (Best Buy Exclusive)

Went to pick up my copy in store just now. Haven't gotten around to opening it just yet, but I did a quick look/feel test for dents, and it seems fine. They had one other copy on the shelves.

Same thing here!

I’m about to do an exchange. I would check the site/app before you head to the store and just tell them you want to exchange since the disc is scratched.

I've never tried keeping the steelbook but swapping discs. You could ask.

The easy way. Go buy the regular 4K edition and swap discs and return or exchange it.

Does anyone think this will be part of the restocks happening at another retailer?

I would hope so since I need this and Lightyear, but I don't see Disney re-pressing their steelbooks like Sony and Universal and Warner Bros.

I kind of want to offer up a Wonka or Marvels steelbook for this, but I don't know if it will restock or not.

Disney isn't in the reprint business. If anything they release new artwork years down the road but Lightyear was ...not a hit to put it politely, so doubt they give this one another go.

Also, this was being clearanced out at Best Buy for $9.99 around Christmas. It's still listed on their site but you have to see if its available for store pick up in your area.

Apparently its not. My main concern is Elemental though.

prices for the Elemental steelbook, even preowned, are pretty up there. It was a bit limited on release and the only way to get the 4K disc outside of DMC.

the Lightyear steelbook is pretty cheap, under retail on ebay
