It's probably going to be released on Black Friday. Take a look at what was posted on Severin's Facebook page today:

It's too soon. Just the other day they were posting about shooting interviews - no way this disc will be ready for sale in 3 weeks. Besides, you can't go by the banners. Remember last sale? Everybody thought they were releasing Caribbean Papaya based on the art

But are the titles maybe pre-orders? Most releases Severin do is pre-orders and if they start selling them end of november and are shipping end of december or january it could work.

Papaya had the exact artwork so that one is a head scratcher.

A preorder in November for official release in January is plausible but I think early to mid Jan for shipping notifications has always been the max. To me it sounds like they’re nowhere near ready to even go to press. Whatever, at least it’s coming. Depending on what we find out when the sale hits, I may not even bother preordering until closer to street date

You could be right but the artwork is more indicative of Cemetery Man.

If Severin was able to license everything from Scorpion, there’s no need to create new bonus materials and the transfer is ready to go.

If I had to guess, one is for the Italian version ("Dellamorte Dellamore") and one is for the English version ("Cemetery Man").

In the past, they've used blu-rays if a disc only contained extras. I can't see them going to the expense of authoring a 4K UHD just for some HD interviews. I could be wrong though.

Looking at the announcement again, I think you are right. If you break apart "4K UHD/2 x Blu-ray/CD 4-Disc Set" using the forward slash, you get:
4K UHD
2 x Blu-ray
CD
4-Disc Set

That makes more sense than:
4K UHD/2
Blu-ray/CD
4-Disc Set
