Amazon Fire Stick/Fire TV digital movie credit ads/offers

I just got the Ford ad, and it said afterward that I earned the credit and would get an e-mail.

However, the Hershey's Kiss ad didn't acknowledge anything, so maybe it's not working, as smkane said above.

I also found the Hershey's Kiss ad as a screensaver. I watched the video, but there was no confirmation screen as the others have given in the past. And no credit was applied. It might be broken.

I found the Hersheys one on the screensaver, but it didn't give me a confirmation or the credit after I finished the video. Trying to rewatch the video but having a heck of a hard time trying to find that ad again.

No noggin, ford, or hershey's here on my fire TV.

I did the usual things, checked for updates, restarted tv, deleted advertising ID. I'll keep an eye out

I can confirm this morning that I just rewatched the Hersheys video and was awarded the $5 credit this time. It went to the award screen and I received the email. So whatever was wrong with it last night has been corrected. With the fire stick, I reset my Advertising ID frequently and restart it. I also randomly scroll through stuff then let it sit for the screen saver multiple times. after a restart. Both the ford and hershey's ads are popping up more frequently now.

The Hershey's ad populated when I turned on my TV (3rd attempt today). It was in the top section and gave the $5

Still no luck on the Hersey's ad and I have probably let my Firestick go for 3 or 4 hours over the last few days just letting it hit the screensaver until it gets to the Amazon Photos default pictures and then I go back to the main menu, flip through the top banner items and let it start that process over again in 5 minutes.

That USB Capture device has been useful for this as I can just let it run on my second monitor while doing my normal daily things on my main monitor.

None of the ads were popping up for me but last night I turned my tv on and went to the bathroom. When I came back, both the Hershey's ad and ford ad played one after the other. I was too slow for the hershey's one but got the ford credit. The ford ad keeps popping up now but I haven't seen the hershey's one again since then lol.

I noticed a couple new ads, so I let my screensaver kick on (fire TV) and the ford ad was the 3rd that popped up!

One to keep an eye on: Liberty Mutual. It does not advertise or give a credit currently, but the slogan is "stream shows, save money"

I just got the Hershey's one. The Texas one showed up in screensaver, but didn't say about a credit and I didn't get anything for watching the ad.

New PNC Bank $5 video credit.

I still have not seen the Hersey or Nerd wallet but this makes up for it lol

Just got the PNC bank $5 credit. I got it through the screensaver ads on fire stick. It has actor Chris Diamantopoulos wearing a blue polo shirt and holding a calculator on it. Worked perfectly and received an email saying I got the credit.

How do you reset the advertising ID? I could not find anything like that on my Fire Stick.

And how do I get the screensaver ads back? Yesterday and today, the screensaver is just pictures of scenery.

The screensaver ads just seem to be random. Since the mention of the Hersey ad, I have been letting my Firestick run on my second monitor trying to get it and now that PNC Bank one and it seems like I will get the picture only screensaver every 3rd time it goes into the screensaver mode.

go to settings , Preferences , Privacy settings , then at the bottom of that is Your Advertising ID ....light that up then click the 3 line button to reset/change.

i have done this once a day since I saw his post and it hasnt made a difference at all. but maybe it will for you, hope this helps.

Thanks for this info as that setting was off on my Firestick so I will see if it makes a difference now that I turned it on as I did get the Ford ad before but still have not seen those other two new ads yet.

Edit:
I just had the Hersey ad pop up in the screensaver and have noticed some other ads I had not seen the last few days trying to get that one to show up so maybe turning on the Advertising ID worked for me, or it is just an interesting coincidence. Now I just need that PNC Bank one to show.

Just got the PNC Bank ad in the Screensaver about 20 minutes after my last edit so now I have got all 3 ads and $15 in credits that will need to be spent before June 30 since all 3 have the same expiration date.

I let it run a bit longer and just got the Texas $3 ad to show up which was one I had not seen from a month or so back, this one at least has some more time on the redemption until September 30.

I was hoping I would see all the ads again to grab screenshots to share but here are at least two of them for the Ford and Texas ones that showed up during the screensaver. I will add the other two tomorrow if they show up again.
