Messed up or not, the original Mono mix is still there so take it what you will.

Even so, contact Warner and ask them to at least fix the audio.


Anyway, out of the two, Warner would do better justice with the transfers (and include the original New Line logos and Golden Harvest for I, if it was included with said film Stateside), maybe even up the ante and give us an Atmos remix and even restore the original Stereo.

I feel if Shout! released a set, the slipcases would be slipboxes like the Halloween movies got and the covers on one side is the theatrical key art while the other side has the original home video covers.

I recently bought a T-shirt online with this painting on it, and in my opinion it truly rocks. I wouldn't mind a similar art style being used for 4K versions of all the 1990s live-action films.

Shouldn't be that hard. In addition of having a deal with New Line/Warner (who own the North American rights), Arrow has a deal with Fortune Star (who own the international rights).

Also, the UK is getting a VHS release soon (the company putting out said it's licensed by Paramount though, which doesn't make sense. I know they own the property and therefore the merchandising rights related to the films, but Fortune Star is the one with the UK rights).

The A Nightmare on Elm Street transfer is really great, not out of this world, but really great, and the disc, in general, is awesome. Rupert is an obvious troll. Registered in October and his 5 posts are all him complaining. lol

This and The Simpsons arcade game were always my first to go to when at Tilt (the mall arcade/game pizza, party area near the ice rink) or Bullwinkle's Pizza (which also is longer around). Ironically, there is a Cheesy Charlie (Chuck E. Cheese) where the Blockbuster used to be, not far from the mall. Which further proves that it was the co-owners of the mall who are to blame for Tilt and that part of mall going belly-up long ago. If Bullwinkle's was still in business it would across the street from Kaiser (a hospital which wasn't there at the time).

Of course this also reminded me of the ripoff/knockoff; Battletoads. Though, my friend had that on one of his systems.

Would love a steelbook with the original poster art... but I'd bet $$$ that if there are turtles on the cover they use the Ninja Turtle 3 turtles... Unless new art is commissioned.
