Mediabook, 100%. I picked up their Bloodsport one and it was pretty good. It was in English, so this one will be too. I am impressed with Capelight, I own all their US label mediabook releases for the Roundup movies, and the quality is very good.

Anyone know how the US boutique stores’ (Atomic and Orbit) prices compare to buying directly from Capelight?

Any reason not to buy from Capelight directly if located in the US?

Edit: went ahead and ordered the UK mediabook. Came out to $50 + change.

I ended up ordering the 4k mediabook direct from Capelight. My order also came out to $50.

United Kingdom You're such a Brut! / June 2025

Amazon listed both UK releases:

https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0F4R8YQFD/

Stallone's (Hollywood's I believe) biggest ever payday. Golan had to have him.

It had all the right elements but in the wrong order for me. I've never gotten through it.

If it had a shed load of extras I'd maybe have another look at £10.00.

I have spoken with Mr Stallone's lawyers (Giuliani, Parnas & Fruman LLC) and they have confirmed the veracity of that advert. It is not an AI hoax.

Will upgrade from the Blu-ray just because of how fantastic Bloodsport looks on 4K. One of the best looking discs on the format. Also, will look very nice on the shelf next to Bloodsport.

£28 ain't a terrible price for the mediabook, I spent more than that importing Bloodsport. I do miss those HMV codes, though...

I’ve got the German steelbook on pre order but I do love the spine of the media book.
I’ll see which one I prefer but regardless it’s amazing one of these 80’s Stallone gems is getting the 4k treatment

Rarewaves:

HMV:

https://hmv.com/store/film-tv/4k-ult...a-hd-steelbook

Sadly, no 20% off at HMV. Rarewaves is priced a bit high even with their 10% off (they have another 10% off from Saturday 0900 BST).

Atomic has a couple of these up.

What is Altitude Distribution though? Also, is this the German version (I would prefer the UK one which should be English friendly).

Altitude is the UK company distributing these on behalf of Caeplight (and these are the UK versions)

Would've preferred Arrow releasing this as Capelight's disc is pretty much bare-bones with no real special features. I'll wait for a US label doing it proper justice.

I've gotten my Capelights from Orbit. Getting them straight from the source nearly always works out to be a bit more in my experience.

They told me no USA release , So someone else will be doing it eventually here . I prefer a standard since Ronin got one from the UK , But not sure this will sell enough for them to do that . Going to get the Mediabook from Amazon UK since I need a few other UK 4Ks . Also can change up stuff and not worry about being charged up front . Anything sent damaged gets a easy refund as well . But other then that I would totally of been buying this directly from Capelight who removes the VAT like Amazon does . They deserve the support for giving us this movie and in HDR , That media book is awesome looking .

Capelight ain't ever gonna have a USA release on one of these MGM films, they would never get the rights, why would they? But this might come to the UK just like Bloodsport, I'll wait on that.

The final price for me from Capelight is $48.16 for the mediabook vs. Orbit's $52.49 (5% tariff) plus shipping for a total of $57.62.
