I love Kino but the reason I didn't list them as well is because they seem to have a lot of issues with their 4k transfers (such as DV flickering....)

This film is so much fun. Davis and Jackson have great chemistry, especially after Charlie’s "return". The wintry cinematography should look good in 4K.

If anything we're one step closer to getting The Last Boy Scout. Hopefully with the workprint cut. Would love for any Tony Scott to make it on 4K though, love Domino

To be clear: I am not talking generally about stars here, I am specifically talking about Sam Jackson and Geena Davis. All signs suggest Jackson is pretty agreeable as long as someone signs a check and I don't think a smaller one for a home video interview would be too small for him. Davis is doing the convention circuit as well, which also suggests she would be willing to make time for the money. But what do I know, it's all just speculation.

Cobra, Last Man Standing and The Witches of Eastwick would also deserve new 4K masters.

I think there is use for critical or historical focused academic special features on some movies/some filmmakers. It helps. But the issue is what passes for that for most labels is absolutely awful in both form and content.

I was a projectionist at a movie theatre when this was released. We would watch movies after close and crank the sound to levels a normal audience would complain about. Never had a problem doing that until this movie. The bridge explosion at the end blew out one of the subwoofers.
