Great movie but in no way does it stand toe to toe with the original Rocky.

AMC has been showing the Rocky films since Creed has been out and the film still holds up, just an outright classic at this point.

My favorite scene is when Mick comes hat in hand to Rocky and he goes off on him for all the insults he's endured these many years.

Mick shuffles out of the apartment and onto the street and in that final scene Rocky comes out to the street to speak with him. No dialogue. Great moment.

First time watching this today and enjoyed it more than I thought I would. Easily the best Rocky since the original, but nowhere near as good as it. I was really caught up in the whole life-after-boxing story. Honestly, if this movie had no boxing and just focused on Rocky's life after Adrian, it would have been just as good or better than it is. The supporting cast did a great job, and it was great to see Young and Burton back.
Now to give Creed a watch. I hear nothing but great things about that one also.

Anyone know if the MGM and Sony releases are identical?

Picked up Sony release today, only to find I had the MGM version w/ different cover.
