He never got inside it, he hung onto the tower until it arrived.

Getting Deja vu, answering this for what feels like the umpteenth time. But here we go again...

1. Temple of Doom
2. Raiders of the Lost Ark
3. The Last Crusade
4. Kingdom of the Crystal Skull

The Last Crusade. Harrison Ford and Sean Connery together are priceless.

Temple of Doom - I love the setting, the darker atmosphere and the frenetic pacing.

Raiders. In my top 10 movies of all-time. And (IMHO) Spielberg's best movie (Schindler's List runs it close).

Then How did he breath? Their must have been an air pocket somewhere. Surely the sub didn't stay on the surface the whole way, right? Just a thought.

I wonder if we’ll ever see The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles again? You never know. We’re about to get the Ewok movies.

In peace time there's no need for it to submerge, especially below periscope depth, unless they really wanted to. And why should the want to?

Yep. The first twenty minutes or so is up with chunks of Empire of the Sun as the best work Spielberg ever did.

If there’s any correlation between all of these Indy threads and the stores all being sold out, I blame you all!

Indiana Jones & the Last Crusade

James Bond as Indy's dad.

Raiders because it’s just the highest quality entry in every way.

Temple has really grown on me though. It’s a damn fun movie and definitely my second favorite.

The Last Crusade. Because it takes what Raiders did and improves on it.

Temple Of Doom, because it feels the most like an adventure. Also, the dark tone is amazing.

Crusade fell down even more for me with the 4K watches, sad to say. Not a good movie. I had so many things to complain about.

Raiders and Doom are both fantastic. Raiders may be smarter, but Doom is the one I love most.

Temple of Doom. It's easily the most pulpy, silly, and outrageous of the Indy's and has the best finale of all the films.
