i think Michael Jai White would make an awesome Kratos, he has incredible fight skills and even kind of sounds like Kratos from the game

Either way Kratos is white, zeus is white every god in the game is white.
I don't know where you got he's black from. He killed his family so he's covered in they're ashes, doesn't mean he's black. If you played the game you know Kratos is white.

If Kratos is white, then the choice should be no other than John Lennon (I know he's dead, but still).



They both have alot in common. They had troubled pasts, are tall, have similar facial features, have anger issues, and live screwed up lives. If you remove the goatee from Kratos and make him look calm, he'd look like John Lennon.

I still think he is black from a visual appearance and facial features. Even the creator of God Of War, David Jaffe, acknowleged Kratos as black, even if he is Zeus' son, which actually wasn't clearly mentioned in the first God of War game beyond a reference, although the remarks from the Graverobber (who is obviously Zeus) referred to him as his son. By the way, isn't God Of War basically Greek mythology fan fiction?

I can't reach that link. I looked him up, although I'm not familiar with the Prison Break Television show, he might be capable for the role. I still would perfer Djimon Hounsou for the role.

Well Greek Mythology is fiction in itself. The stories they use and borrow in the game were Greek Mythology stories, they just twist em a little bit and add Kratos in there.
But you can choose to think Kratos is black all you want, he is shown as white before he even got covered in ashes when he was going against the barbarians. If David Jaffe said Kratos is black he must be on drugs.

Not sure, but the race item may have came up since the person who does the voice of Kratos is a black actor.

We've all seen the amazing graphics in God of War III, and we all know that if they tried to make a full CGI movie the graphics would be even better as it's not a game, so why not just go that route and make it CGI? That way they can stay faithful to the characters appearance and voices, do all the crazy shit Kratos does in the video games and make it look good AND stay in the same image tone and theme as its source.

I think one of the things that always ruins video movies is who is cast to play the character we've all come to love. Its just never the same. I'm surprised there really haven't been more game movies made in CG.

I just came online to post that he is the only guy I can see playing Kratos!
