Idiocracy? - Page 5 - Blu-ray Forum

So looking at the movies coming to HBO Max in August they list "Idiocracy (Extended Version), 2006 (HBO)." I only know of one cut of this movie so I'm really curious to see if this is actually different or if it's just a mistake.

Watched it last night on HBO max I didn't notice any new or extended scenes, run time only 1 hr 24 min 14 sec if that helps

I just bought this on D.V.D.; hopefully, this will please the Blu-ray gods and we will have this movie soon!

So, since Idiocracy is *still* not available on Blu-ray, I feel like I should point out that if you own the DVD and have an account on Vudu's site (it's free), you can "UPGRAYEDD" your SD copy to a digital HD 1080p copy by choosing that option, verifying your disc, and paying a couple of bucks for access to it. Or, if you don't have the DVD you can outright purchase the 1080p copy for a few dollars more.

It's totally worth it. You can finally read all of the hilarious signage in the background of most of the scenes! And who knows when, if ever, we'll see a Blu-ray of this.
