This is what i do for take a 4k screen cap in PC

Open Nvidia Control Panel

Go to "Manage 3D Settings"

Turn DSR Factors to "4.00x (native resolution) & Apply

Go to "Change Resolution"

Select 3840x2160 & Apply

I use OBS to take a screenshot
