Maybe if I wait to see movies till 8pm I'll be good. Since I'm in Alaska and that's midnight EST, maybe the system rolls over at midnight and I'll be good.

I've had mine for almost 2 weeks but I haven't been able to figure out what to use it on. There isn't anything out. I would t have mind if I was still waiting for it. Been charged for not using it

If you havent used/activated it yet, your month hasnt started, so you arent being charged for time youre not using.

I activated it and tried to use it but it was declined. So I'm not sure if its charging me now or not.

Somehow I screwed up and managed to reserve an eTicket for 7 PM and 10 PM tonight for IT. I'm guessing if I use the 7 PM ticket, the 10 PM reservation will disappear from my app. Does anybody know how this works?

Received my card today. I'm not sure if I'll be able to put it to use this weekend, but I can't wait to try it out soon.

Work has been hectic this past week so I haven't had the chance to use my card the way I wanted. I've only seen three movies since the 1st. Hopefully next week I'll be able to visit the theater a bunch more.

Still nothing for me. Desperate for it to be here Tuesday. Already have plans to see It tomorrow and Tuesday might be my last chance to see Wind River with a decent selection of showtimes.

It finally came! It's a miracle.

Testing it out with Baby Driver tonight.

Anyone know if you have to wait in line or if you can use kiosk to swipe card?

One movie down. Have been waiting for the card to watch Baby Driver for weeks. Surprised it lasted. Really good film.

Has anyone tried going to the theater to get tickets in the morning for an evening showing? Just curious if there was a time limit of how far in advance on the same day you can prepurchase.

I think anytime after midnight as long as the theater is open. For instance I see Sunday showings are already populated in the app.

BTW as I suspected, Fathom events aren't allowed (I was considering going to see Wrath of Khan, do own the movie so not a priority, but never seen the director's cut and would be kinda cool to see on the big screen), even though the ticket price is less than regular showings at the theaters.

And seems like the glitch of allowing premium showings for It (IMAX, 4DX etc) is still showing up, despite blocking those out for every other film (the app was even smart enough to block out RPX showings for Home Again, a film which can't have a lot of premium screens I'd imagine)

In between being rude to customers, the CEO finally admitted that the system crashed on 8/15 and 8/16 and that's why cards were sent out of order and lots of us from those days still haven't gotten them https://twitter.com/mitch__lowe/stat...87369964535810 plus he says 35 new customer service reps start work tomorrow

I'm not gonna cancel unless the price increases because it's a very good deal but this has been bungled so badly
