Generally I trust the database with region coding info. I always check the members that have confirmed the region coding against a title, if I know and trust one or more of them (which a lot of the time I do), then I have complete faith in ordering the title without having ask on the forum to make sure. Though not that it really matters too me anyway, as there are 3 region changeable players in my home. In the case of the Australian release of Joan of Arc, there is no region code confirmation, it simply states "Region B (A, C untested)", which is a generic spec.

Thankfully, the UK blu-ray is still in print and region free, so I bought that instead. |

I was able to pick a copy of Apocalypto in mint condition from a used cd/dvd/bluray shop for $4.50, and also a new copy of the Friday the 13th Parts VII/VIII double features from FYE yesterday for $15.00.
The FYE had a few of these still, and the other parts. If anyone needs them, let me know and when I go there next week, I'll see if they still have them. |

There are new copies available at Amazon, although they are from third party sellers. You are right...They are cheap right now.

I just did a search for Cocoon and came across this:
http://www.amazon.com/Cocoon-Limited...=UTF8&qid=&sr= The description states that it was released on March 11, 2014. Under "Format" in the Product Details, it says "Import". Can anybody tell me if this is legitimate or is it a bootleg? Thanks. |

Would this have anything to do with Regency taking their titles over to Fox? If memory serves me correctly, "A Time To Kill" was a Regency title.

Man, that box set is going to go for an absolute fortune once it's OOP. Anyone who doesn't own it and is even mildly interested should snag one from Criterion's website soon.
