Is there any chance Hayward is not what he seems -- an alien or a different villain because if not he is the most pathetic cliche on the show.

It comes down to Fox Quicksilver or a random guy who looks like Evan Peters playing the role of Quicksilver. The first option has everyone excited and the second would piss EVERYONE off. The writers are smarter than that.

And she still does not know who he is. From her reaction when he first showed up, to the way she questions him. There is a reason his full episode was the Halloween episode.

I'm pretty sure he's human and yes it's a cliche, but the thing is when you have non-super characters like Darcy, Jimmy, and Monica, you need an antagonist that they're capable of dealing with.

But of course that still leaves the question unanswered of who the super antagonist is. Will we see a puppet master revealed near the end or will all this just be Wanda and she's had a psychotic break or split personalities? Who knows.

Frankly with all the red herrings I'm just in wait and see mode. Though I still enjoy reading fan theories even if I think 90% of them are ridiculous from a storytelling perspective. I have a feeling this will end up much simpler than people imagine. If Marvel is one thing other than predictable, it's simple in their approach to storytelling. The only curveballs they tend to deliver are subverting comic fan expectations because their movies are literally never direct adaptations of anything.

We all know that Monica will be going through the barrier a third time the next episode in the special vehicle. You already seen it from the side, so this image is clearly her at the control of that vehicle. See below

Did Wanda intentionally try to zap Hayward within the expanding barrier? Perhaps she heard him saying come in can anyone read me, and sensed that he was outrunning her trap. Yes she did it for Vision, but it went a lot further didn't it?

I know this show likes to toss out numerous red herrings, but she does seem to hate him and he did something to her, likely that was trying to use vision's body for something, as that was shown more then once.

Apparently Wandavision was confirmed to be 6 hours in total length by the director, which means we have about 3 hours left with just 3 episodes left.

Not sure how true this is but saw this posted elsewhere.

Fury is in Space right now. Remember, the Fury that showed up in FFH was actually Talos in disguise. So it's not him.

And Monica stated the guy she is referring to is an Aerospace Engineer.

I think he might be more involved then it seems.

[Show spoiler]The fact that he is able to and has been tracking Vision's location, I'm guessing he might have installed some kind of tracker on Vision. This also means he knew Wanda was going to take Vision's body.
He might not be the main baddie but he might be working for the main villain.

We also have to take into account Paul Bettany's statement from his interview where he said he gets to work with an actor he has always wanted to work with and that they share a very intense scene together.

That doesn't necessarily mean the actor/character he is talking about is going to end up being the guy Monica is talking about in the show, but if it is then that rules out War Machine.

Paul Bettany was definitely not talking about Elizabeth Olsen when he said that in the interview. He was talking about an actor he's never worked with before.

Yep, I even watched a breakdown of all the possible actors we know of that could likely appear and the only one to fit the bill was Fassbender as Magneto. HOWEVER, if he was referring to the engineer and if that’s a new actor we haven’t seen (possibly playing Reed Richards), it’s more likely that’s who he meant. But we’ll have to wait and see. Frankly, I’d love if both those characters appear.

I think so too, they’ve mentioned the word a few times in recent episodes and the villain was linked to Dr. Strange 2 (still waiting for a cameo from him) which Wanda will show up in. Wanda’s hex has created a perfect dream world for her but it’s really the opposite.
