Universal does this all the time, has for years. Some rare exceptions here and there but often they don't list it on the actual cover art only slip.

Very true. Warner also. I've purchased a bunch that didn't have a slipcover, no metion of a DC inside & there was a working code sheet inside the case. Slipcovers are really intended for the initial releases, and tend to disappear (or be thrown out) prior to the DCs expiring. Its really a cost cutting measure, so they only have to design cover art once on initial release.

It is totally scandalous. What kind of mind troubled people would do that. * Not much on sale of interest @ Amazon Canada; boring. |

The Friday the 13th 8 Film Collection is down from $33.99 to $24.99 for Prime Day which I think is pretty decent for anyone who hasn't picked this set up yet...

Annihilation 4K is $14.99
Mandy $9.99 Star Trek ... [Show spoiler] --- looks like this might be sold out?--- DVD Sets: Spongebob First 100 Episodes $19.99 Hey Arnold! Complete Collection $29.99 Dr. Katz $64.99 Daria $24.99 --- Far Cry New Dawn $19.99 (Xbox/PS4) PS4 Greatest Hits (or equivalent name) are $8.99. If I had a PS4, or $350 sitting around, I'd jump on this. As it is I'll just wait for Black Friday, and buy these games digital because that's what I would do anyway, lol. These sale prices always f*** up my brain Last edited by mookoo; 07-15-2019 at 05:47 PM. |

I bought Green Book 4K, it's $12.99. Seemed like a good deal for last year's best picture winner. Same price as the Blu-Ray. Also to report back on the First Man 4K, the digital copy was still inside of my replacement despite not listing it. This is the first time I've had this happen with Universal. Glad I got my digital copy still at least. Last edited by Corey31; 07-15-2019 at 03:02 PM. |

I'm debating between these 2 releases:
Star Trek 50th Anniversary TV and Movie Collection [Blu-ray] @ $54.99 or this Star Trek: Stardate Collection @ $34.99 The bigger box set has the Original Series plus 6 movies and the Animated Series. The Stardate Collection has 10 Movies. Just as was about to post, the bigger box set is OOS ![]() |
