People are taking it too far with the hoarding TP, sanitizer, masks, etc. Healthcare professionals need the masks!

But TBH it's a good thing people are taking the virus more seriously now. As recently as last weekend people were still packing bars, etc. While this probably won't be more than a cold/flu for those people, it can be a lot more for people like Bill and Walt like you mention. And if those people packing bars spread the germs everywhere it makes it more likely everyone will get it which will result in unnecessary loss of life of older and immuno-compromised population.

The way this disease spread to humans is very dirty. A bat passing it to a marmot (forget the name) due to unsanitary wet markets conditions, then to a human that consumed the marmot. China needs to shut down those unsanitary and unsafe wet markets permanently, as this is not the first virus to stem from them. And similarly countries need to greatly diversify drug and supply dependence out of China because the chance of their govt doing the right thing in the long run is basically non-existent.

Sure, we should probably keep our distance for now, if only for the old and already sick, but this hysteria is just retard BS. Of course, if people would wash their hands more and not just cough and sneeze everywhere, it wouldn't be as big an issue. Most people are careless morons. At least when the world officially comes to an end, you'll get to see who will die off first and not last long, by their current actions. People don't understand the concept of being self efficient. When the shit really hits the fan, you're going to see a lot of ultimately worthless people getting wiped out fast. The moment most people have to earn to do things themselves without technology or having their hand held, it's all over for them.

China is a shithole. The people there are disgusting and the whole country is polluted like crazy. Nothing against Chinese people as a race, just what they do over there. Not that America is much better I guess.

This virus is a little more complex than that. You don't show symptoms for 5-12 days, but start asymptomatically shedding and spreading the virus in 2-3 days; seasonal allergies can turn into something much worse. To compound things, it lives on surfaces for up to 24-72hr.

So basically anything outside of your house is potentially contaminated if the last guy that touched it didn't take precautions - hence why staying home and sanitizing yourself and everything that enters from outside is the best bet currently.

I meant just go outside in general. Like, go for a walk or go to a park where there's little to no people. Not somewhere full of people and start touching everything. Also, by airborne I mean not just floats around like pollution. Has to transfer or launched on you by someone. One of the first things I do when I get home from being out in public, epidemic or not, is give my hands a good washing. Too many nasty people out there. I'll even carefully wash them in public if it's convenient or feel like I really need it. Usually after looking at thrift shops and pawnshops for movies and games, which also get a good swipe down when I get home. So, I typically don't get sick anyway because of my every day practices.

If he's conscious and talking, it's all on him if he wants to allow himself to be ridiculed but if he's slumped over passed out, that's where the exploitation comes in.
