I think Roslyn de Winter played one of the Menoptera and she was a trained choreographer as well as an actress and she trained the other Menoptera actors in movement . I think. Again I haven't watched it for ages and this is all the product of an old and rusty memory.

It's a great pity 'Paperback Writer' can't be used on The Evil of the Daleks release though.
But yes I'm sure the Beatles will be intact on The Chase. They were on the DVD and the VHS before it, why shouldn't they be on the blu-ray?

I don’t mind so much if music tracks are replaced because of rights issues. It’s when actual footage is cut and we all want to see Ian boogieing to the Beatles.

Ian dancing is one of the true beauties of 60s Who.

Magical, and yet somehow....disturbing....very very disturbing

They weren't on the North American DVD version. (Long story.)

The recurrent problem with the "big" stories of Season 2 - Dalek Invasion of Earth, The Web Planet and The Chase - is that Richard Martin's direction suggests they'd have been better off hiring Ed Wood.

There is a huge improvement of the Dalek stories when Douglas Camfield and Derek Martinus take over.

Maybe they'd just hire them, like Lucasfilm did with the youtuber who deepfaked young Luke Skywalker better than them!

Something that often gets forgotten is that one of her earliest roles was in the two Sally Lockhart adaptations on BBC One alongside Billie Piper and Matt Smith.

If there is some way to watch that in the US, I should get to it.
