Same thing that always happens to Manziel against good defenses. He comes out with a plan and scores 2-3 times. Then the D adjusts, and he's just not good enough yet to play off script.

Guess Oregon didn't need Chip Kelly to score ridiculous amounts of points after all. They scored 66 and 59 their first two games and have a 38-7 lead over Tennessee at halftime.

Yeah it was so weird. Analysts kept saying stuff like "Manziel doesn't even need to go back to TA&M" when there was some question if he'd be eligible.

lol... Duke's onside attempt just went 2 yards. It went about 4 yards forward at a severe angle and then bounced back a few.

Well his lack of maturity alone makes him not NFL ready. But even if he did have a good attitude I'm not sure he has the fundamentals to be anything special in the NFL.

A&M's D-line is getting abused.

If their Defense keeps playing like this Alabama won't be the only team they lose to.

Seeing how bad the defense was against Rice and Sam Houston St. I'm not surprised. They gave up 30 points per game and around 450 yards per game against those two crappy teams.

Yeah, but the story was that was because in those two games A&M had a bunch of defensive players out who were supposed to be back this week.

Ok, I can buy he was pushed out of bounds so no penalty.

But he was still out of bounds when he caught it! Can you really catch the ball out of bounds if you were pushed out?

You used to be able to in the NFL. Not sure about college.
