Wow. That looks great. I tried to take my steelbooks apart the other day and totally ruined them. I'm impressed that yours look still intact afterward.

Is there a secret? I watched that video on youtube but he made it look easier than it is.

Thanks for feedback guys

Yh 7 x 5 glossy prints I used. I ordered the rest I needed (the ones inposted earlier) and only cost £5.03 (£1.99 was delivery lol) and I can't wait for green lantern & book of Eli ones as they look really nice.

It is actually very easy to add artwork.

1st - get a knife and insert near top right of inside front cover. Push knife down then lift up, make sure end of blade is below the plastic.

Top right corner then pops off.

2nd- gently pull to the right so that the teeth come out from under the front lip

3rd- gently give it a pull. Then you front should be removed

4th- for the back do the sane but put the knife in bottom left corner (bottom right of the spine).

My dark knight was harder to remove than batman begins but u reckon that was because it had paint inside while batman begins was just blank.

I really wouldn't trust a knife, you can do the same thing with the corner of an old credit card and not worry about scratches.

Wasn't too happy with the artwork inside the Dark Knight Rises steelbook. It's almost the same artwork inside as outside so I changed mine. Was gonna stick with the rain design but I really dig this pic:

I uploaded that design a few pages ago, I also made this one to keep with the rain design if anyone wants to use it, they are welcome to it.

If anyone is planning on changing the artwork in their Total Recall steelbook, here's a suggestion. I'm planning on using this one myself:

Here's a few more, I feel the steelbook has way too much Colin Farrell on it and not enough of the best two things about the film: the women. Unfortunately, there is a real lack of pictures of Kate Beckinsale in her underwear which is unfortunate since this is the internet.

Damn. These are some pretty sweet stuff. Tried this the other day and totally botched the steelbook. lol.

Anyone got a link with a video showing how to do this that also includes the spine? Have no idea how to get that part done.

Thanks for the link. Will try again this weekend. Hopefully I don't botch another steelbook. Good thing BB has the Warner releases so cheap.

I was just thinking about that.

I don't think it would be a waste of money at all to buy one of the less cool ones (or maybe two) and use them as practice prototypes.
